We started with a frustration. We built something better.

Working in general practice, we kept seeing it happen. Charities would walk through the door — food banks, hospices, youth clubs, community trusts — and be handed the same service as every other client. Generic advice. Blank looks at the mention of restricted funds. Bills that stretched budgets already stretched to breaking point.
It didn't sit right. So we decided to do something about it.
